- The BPF collects personal data as a necessary part of the donation process. This information will not be sold to any third parties but can be used by BPF to alert the donor of new projects, news, and events associated with BPF unless the donor has opted out of receiving such messages.
- Anonymous Donations – donors may choose to remain anonymous and their name will not be used on the site.
- Public Donations – donors that do not choose to remain anonymous can have their first name used on the web site as well as a statement they may choose to make as to why they donated.
